These are the shipping methods we offer, and the standard transit times they represent. Please keep in mind that transit times DO NOT include the day the order is placed. They also DO NOT include weekends.

Economy Shipping: 7 - 10 days transit time. Continental US only.

Free Economy Shipping: 7 - 10 days transit time. Continental US only. Available on orders of $99 or more.

Economy to Canada: 8 - 12 business days average transit time. Varies by destination. Limited real time tracking available. Canada only. Brokerage, duties & taxes are NOT included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Ground: 2 to 6 days average transit time, depending on location. US only. We are located in Knoxville, Tennessee. Standard ground shipping times range from 1-2 days in the Southeast, 2-3 days in Midwest and New England areas, and 4-6 days in the Western US. Ground shipping times are NOT guaranteed.

3 Day Shipping: 3 days transit time. US only.

2 Day Shipping: 2 days transit time. US only.

SHIPMENTS TO CANADA All shipments to Canada are subject to your standard GST and PST taxes, plus Canadian custom release fees. Customs merchandise duties are normally around 12% to 20% of the total order value, based on the types of products purchased and will be assessed by Canadian customs. Brokerage, duties & taxes are NOT included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all other countries, brokerage fees, taxes, and duty imposed by customs in your country can not be accurately estimated. These charges will be your responsibility.
